For Canadian luxury department store Holt Renfrew Ogilvy’s 2023 Holiday Dinner Party, Gab Bois collaborated with Chef Harrison Shewchuk to create a deliciously unexpected dining experience for 60 guests.

Inspired by 1960s Christmas parties and sculptural food, she designed and creative-directed every detail, from the room’s scenography and the visual direction of each dish to the set design and tablescape.

This evening, an homage to vintage large family gatherings, was a resounding success with the store’s VIP guests, from its most loyal clients to members of the board.
