At the Venice Biennale, Bronx-based culinary collective Ghetto Gastro hosted the Black Excellence Brunch: an event celebrating Black creatives in the arts community, for which Gab Bois was commissioned to design and create edible décor.

Using some of Ghetto Gastro’s signature ingredients, she crafted immersive installations and intricate mosaics from waffles, strawberries, and GG’s signature Bop Tarts, part of their product line.
