Australian furniture and interior designer Sarah Ellison commissioned Gab Bois to showcase the Float Sofa in the Espresso colorway through a series of stills and video.

Leaning into the richness of the color, she created an espresso-flavored jello replica using custom hand-crafted molds.

For the launch event at Stahl House in Los Angeles, these jello sofas were served to guests, adding a playful gastronomic layer to the experience.
